We make garments to order or limited edition.

You can browse our collections and make your purchase directly in our online store. If you have any questions about sizes or availability, please contact us at info@cruca.es and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping:

Shipping prices will be confirmed by entering the shipping country at checkout.

Please note that the shipping price does not include import taxes at destination, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be assumed by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

Customer must take full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees and handling fees if they choose to reject a package due to import duties or taxes.

Returns & exchanges:

Before making the purchase, please make sure of the sizes. CRUCA offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and the original labels must be included.

Please contact our customer service (info@cruca.es) to request a return or exchange.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you must make a return and place a new order. Please email us at info@cruca.es for a refund of shipping costs added to your second order.

We ship worldwide. The items will be sent to the delivery address that the customer indicated when placing the order.

Please read the product description before purchasing, as we have products that are unique and not repeated. If you want the same product but with another fabric, you can always ask us by writing to info@cruca.es All orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise regarding the supply of products, or if a particular product is not in stock, we reserve the right to inform you of substitute products of the same or higher quality, which you can order. If you do not wish to order any such substitute products, we will refund any amounts paid in advance.

If your CRUCA garment is damaged, don’t worry. We offer a repair service. Write to us and we’ll be happy to help you extend the life of your garment.
